1. About us

Beamli Scholars ("we", "us", "our") provides personalised digital study guides for school students. We operate from Bali, Indonesia. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +62 877 6543 4332 or by email at hello@beamli.ai.

2. The service

We turn your child's notes, worksheets or recent tests into a personalised, interactive study guide. An active subscription includes up to 30 study guides per calendar month. Guides are usually delivered in under 30 minutes — this is a typical time, not a guarantee. Our guides are a study aid to support learning and revision.

3. Subscriptions, pricing & billing

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Monthly plan is Rp 250.000 per month. The Yearly plan is Rp 2.100.000 per year (two months free). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Midtrans, via QRIS, bank transfer (Virtual Account) or card.

The Monthly plan is billed each cycle: we send a payment link before your renewal date and access continues once it is settled. If a renewal is not paid within 48 hours of the due date, access is paused until payment is received. The Yearly plan is paid once and covers 12 months.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. We do not auto-charge a saved card — each renewal is a payment you actively make — so you can simply stop renewing. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Returns & refunds

Our guides are personalised digital goods, delivered quickly. Our policy is:

• If you are not happy with a guide, tell us and we will revise or regenerate it at no charge.
• If you have not received or used any guide within a newly paid period, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• Once one or more guides have been delivered in a paid period, that period is non-refundable.
• Part-periods are not pro-rated.

Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

Subscriptions are for personal, family use. Please do not resell, share or redistribute the guides. Only upload materials you are entitled to use — typically your own child's schoolwork.

7. Your content & privacy

You keep ownership of the materials you upload. We use them only to create your guides and delete uploaded photos after the guide is made. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

The guides we deliver are licensed to you for your family's personal use. Our templates, designs and branding remain our property.

9. No guarantee of results

Our guides support studying; they do not guarantee any particular grade or exam result.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest version is shown above and, for material changes, we will let active subscribers know.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
