Beamli Scholars respects your family's privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it. Questions: hello@beamli.ai.

What we collect

• Your child's first name, grade, curriculum and subject.
• Photos of notes, worksheets or recent tests that you upload.
• Your contact details: name, WhatsApp number and email.
• Payment is handled by our provider (Midtrans). We do not see or store your card details.

Why we use it

Only to create your study guides, manage your subscription, and contact you about your order.

Photos and learning materials

Uploaded photos are used solely to build your guide. To create the guide we process the materials using trusted AI services, used only to produce your guide. We delete uploaded photos after the guide is made. We never sell or publicly share your child's photos or details.

Who we share with

We do not sell your data. We only use trusted service providers needed to deliver the service — our payment provider (Midtrans), hosting, and the AI service used to generate the guide — and only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos are deleted after generation. Your account and contact details are kept while you are a subscriber and for as long as the law requires, then removed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show or delete the personal information we hold about you — just message us. As the parent or guardian you provide your child's materials and can ask us to remove them at any time.
